By using our platform, you accept the following responsibilities: • You are responsible for the legal compliance of all your email campaigns • Compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other data protection laws • Obtaining and managing explicit consent from recipients • Taking necessary measures to avoid spam filters • Compliance with social media platforms' terms of use • Copyright and legal compliance of all shared content • Compliance with third-party platforms' API usage limits

Regarding email campaigns, you accept the following important warnings: • The Company is not responsible for the content of emails sent by users • Spam complaints, account suspensions and legal sanctions are the user's responsibility • Email list quality and recipient consent are entirely under user control • Restrictions imposed by email server providers may affect the user • The Company does not guarantee email sending results or delivery rates • The user is entirely responsible for the legal consequences of email campaigns

Regarding the use of social media platforms: • The Company is not responsible for content that users share on their social media accounts • Platform restrictions, account suspensions and ban risks are the user's responsibility • API usage limits and platform policies may change • Automated posts may violate platform rules • The Company is not responsible for social media platforms' decisions • The user is responsible for the security and management of their social media accounts

Regarding AI-powered content generation: • AI-generated content is under user control • Content quality, accuracy and appropriateness are the user's responsibility • Copyright violations and content incompatibilities are the user's risk • Legal and ethical compliance of AI content is under user control • The Company is not responsible for the results of AI content

User responsibilities regarding data protection: • The user is responsible for GDPR compliance of all collected personal data • Providing legal bases for data processing activities • Protecting and responding to data subjects' rights • Taking data security measures • Notification in case of data breaches • The Company is not responsible for the user's data processing activities
